For over 15 years, Tulsi Design Hub has served as the practical training bridge between creative aspirants and Surat’s multi-crore textile manufacturing industry.
THE TULSI PHILOSOPHY
Care, Patience, and Continuous Nurturing.
In traditional Indian culture, the Tulsi plant sits at the heart of the courtyard. It is never taken for granted; it is attended daily with pure intent and patient devotion until it blossoms healthily.
When we established Tulsi Design Hub in Katargam over fifteen years ago, we chose this name deliberately. Most students entering our classrooms have never operated specialized CAD software. Many are young women, homemakers, or first-generation learners seeking dignity and financial independence.
We do not rush. We do not place students in large impersonal lecture halls. Every individual receives their own dedicated terminal, learning step-by-step how each pixel on screen translates into a real thread on high-speed industrial looms.

Surat produces over 40 million meters of fabric daily. Textile mills and embroidery houses cannot afford downtime or broken needle sequences caused by faulty design files.
Because Tulsi Design Hub runs active production design services alongside training, our students learn with actual factory constraints: stitch tension, hook counts, yarn breakage limits, and production-speed optimization.

TWO SPECIALIZED DEPARTMENTS
Why We Operate Distinct Jacquard & Embroidery Divisions.
Textile design is not a single generic subject. Woven fabric engineering requires entirely different physics and CAD tools than surface embroidery digitizing. We maintain two dedicated divisions with separate mentors, curricula, and contact routing.
Computerized Embroidery Department
Dedicated to industrial multi-head embroidery digitizing on Wilcom. Covers multi-sequence, cording, beadwork, chain stitch, and complex lehenga/blouse composition for Surat’s bustling embroidery factories.

Founded in Katargam
Opened our flagship lab in Old GIDC Katargam with 10 dedicated embroidery terminals.
2015
Punagam Campus
Expanded to Times Trade Center opposite Polaris Mall to serve East Surat students.
2018
Jacquard Division
Launched the dedicated Jacquard Weaving CAD facility in Sachin GIDC weaving belt.
2022
Bardoli Regional Lab
Inaugurated our Bardoli center, bringing textile CAD training to South Gujarat towns.
