• Digital Store Purchases: Customer name, email, billing address, and transaction IDs generated when purchasing embroidery or Jacquard CAD files.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate our static website and online services securely, we partner with specialized third-party processors:

• Form Processing (FormSubmit.co): Information entered into course and contact forms is routed securely to our administrative email address (support@lmstools.cloud) via FormSubmit.co. Data is transmitted via SSL encryption.
• Payment Processing (Razorpay): Digital design store purchases are transacted exclusively via Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (https://rzp.io/rzp/7eiollSr). Tulsi Design Hub does not store or process debit/credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
• AI Help Desk (Groq Cloud API): Inquiries submitted to our automated help desk are processed ephemerally using Groq’s OpenAI-compatible completions endpoint. Conversations are handled in session memory only and are not sold or persisted to permanent databases.
• Social Media Links: Links to our verified Instagram accounts, YouTube channel, and Facebook page operate under their respective platform privacy policies.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly for legitimate business and vocational training purposes:

• To schedule free campus demo classes and software walk-throughs.
• To answer specific inquiries regarding batch schedules, course fees, and machine equipment.
• To deliver purchased .DST, .EP, and .JC5 digital CAD files to your verified email address.
• To assist enrolled students with direct factory job placement and interview referrals in Surat.

4. Cookies & Session Storage

Our website operates as a lightweight, static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not employ third-party advertising tracking cookies or invasive cross-site tracking scripts.

Temporary session storage is used strictly within your browser's local memory to manage preloader state and active conversational history with the AI Help Desk during your active visit. This session data is automatically cleared once your browser tab is closed.
