Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tulsi Design Hub, we prioritize fair, transparent, and respectful business relationships with our students, mill partners, and digital store customers. This policy governs fee refund procedures for classroom course enrollments, digital file purchases, and custom design commissioning.

1. Classroom Course Enrollment & Tuition Fees

We encourage every prospective student to experience our lab environment before paying admission fees:

• Free Campus Demo Guarantee: Every candidate is entitled to a free 30-minute workstation demonstration at Katargam, Punagam, Sachin, or Bardoli prior to formal admission.
• 7-Day Withdrawal Window: If an enrolled student wishes to cancel their admission within 7 calendar days of their first formal classroom session, they may request a refund. The tuition fee paid will be refunded minus a nominal administrative and software terminal setup fee (₹1,500).
• Non-Refundable Circumstances: No refunds shall be granted after the completion of 7 calendar days from batch start, or once more than 20% of the practical syllabus has been attended, or after proprietary Wilcom/Jacquard project files have been transferred to the student's personal storage device.
• Batch Postponement & Leave: If personal emergencies or medical circumstances prevent a student from completing their course, enrollment can be paused and transferred to a future batch within 6 months at no additional charge upon written notice.

2. Digital Design Store Purchases (.DST, .EP, .JC5)

For instant digital CAD files purchased through our secure Razorpay store (https://rzp.io/rzp/7eiollSr):

• Irreversible Digital Goods: Because digital CAD files cannot be physically returned or un-downloaded, all sales of digital embroidery files, Jacquard graphs, and vector motif packs are final and non-refundable once the download link is accessed.
• Technical Defect Replacement: If a purchased file is technically corrupt, produces unresolvable coordinate errors, or does not match the product description, our technical team will inspect and replace the file within 24–48 hours free of charge.
• Duplicate Transactions: If accidental duplicate billing occurs due to a network glitch during Razorpay checkout, the redundant transaction will be refunded in full upon providing payment receipt IDs.

3. Custom Design Commissioning

For bespoke computerized embroidery digitizing or custom Jacquard loom graph drafting:

• Cancellation Prior to Drafting: If a custom order is cancelled prior to our masters commencing work, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued.
• Cancellation After Drafting Commences: Once initial technical drafting has begun, advance deposits are non-refundable as they cover specialized labor and terminal time. Up to two rounds of design adjustments are included free of charge to guarantee technical satisfaction.

4. Refund Processing Mode & Timelines

Approved refunds are processed via the original method of payment:

• Online Payments (Razorpay): Refunded directly to the source UPI ID, debit/credit card, or net banking account within 5 to 7 business days, subject to bank processing cycles.
• Classroom Cash/Bank Transfers: Processed via official institutional NEFT/IMPS bank transfer within 7 business days following submission of bank account details.
