Welcome to Tulsi Design Hub. By accessing our website, enrolling in our training courses, commissioning custom design files, or purchasing digital CAD patterns through our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Academic Training & Enrollment Policies

Enrolled students must abide by our practical training environment standards:

• Workstation Allocation: Every student is assigned a dedicated personal workstation during their designated batch slot. Sharing logins or altering lab hardware configurations is prohibited.
• Batch Scheduling & Punctuality: Students must attend their registered batch (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening). Batch switch requests must be approved in writing by branch management.
• Certification Criteria: Official diploma certificates are awarded exclusively upon successful completion of all course practical modules and submission of an approved 25-design portfolio.
• Course Fee Schedules: Tuition fees must be paid according to the installment or lump-sum schedule agreed upon at enrollment. Certification is contingent on clearance of all fee balances.

2. Digital Store Asset Licensing

When you purchase digital embroidery (.DST, .DSB) or Jacquard weave (.EP, .JC5) files from our store:

• Commercial Production License: You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the design file for manufacturing physical textiles, sarees, and garments in your own manufacturing facilities or client orders.
• Strict Resale Prohibition: You may NOT resell, sub-license, redistribute, lease, or publicly share the raw digital CAD files, vector sources, or punch disks to third parties or online platforms.
• Single-Entity Use: A purchased design license covers one business entity or mill operation. Multi-factory syndication requires an extended corporate license.

3. Custom Design Commissioning

For custom computerized embroidery digitizing or Jacquard graph design services:

• Technical Specifications: Clients must provide accurate machinery parameters (hook capacity, reed width, multi-head frame dimensions) prior to drafting.
• Client Approval & Modifications: Draft simulations are submitted for review. Up to two rounds of technical adjustments are included free of charge within 14 days of file delivery.
• Pre-Production Factory Proofing: Because loom tensions, yarn friction, and needle calibrations vary between individual textile mills, the client is strictly required to run a physical fabric proof before initiating bulk production cutting.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course syllabi, classroom training manuals, proprietary punch calculation formulas, brand trademarks, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tulsi Design Hub.

Designs created independently by students during their final portfolio modules belong to the respective students for personal employment and freelance presentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Tulsi Design Hub shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from fabric yarn breakages, loom downtime, or material losses arising from machine operator errors or lack of pre-production sample testing.

6. Campus Safety & Code of Conduct

Students and visitors must maintain professional decorum across our Katargam, Punagam, Sachin, and Bardoli campuses. Any harassment, intentional damage to high-value computer hardware, or unauthorized software piracy will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of training services, digital purchases, or custom design commissions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
