Tulsi Design Hub operates as a vocational design training institute and a specialized digital CAD asset store. Because our commercial products are digital textile design files and our training programs take place on-site at our campus facilities, physical shipping is not required for standard operations.

1. Digital Store Asset Delivery (.DST, .EP, .JC5)

When purchasing production CAD files from our online store (https://rzp.io/rzp/7eiollSr):

• Delivery Method: Automated digital fulfillment. Upon completing your payment on our verified Razorpay checkout page, a download link will be generated on your order confirmation screen and dispatched immediately to your billing email address.
• Turnaround Time: Instant (typically within 30 seconds to a maximum of 15 minutes depending on email server routing).
• Included Package: Machine punch file (.DST or .EP/.JC5), vector artwork preview, and a technical PDF specifying stitch count, hook tie-up, sequence arrangement, and recommended pull compensation.
• Delivery Fees: Free. There are no shipping, handling, or transit fees for digital store downloads.

2. Custom Design Drafting Delivery Timelines

For bespoke computerized embroidery digitizing or Jacquard graph commissioning:

• Standard Turnaround: Completed custom files are delivered within 24 to 48 hours following technical specification sign-off and advance confirmation.
• Expedited Emergency Delivery: Same-day rush delivery (12 to 18 hours) is available upon request for active mill breakdown emergencies or rapid sample development.
• Delivery Channels: Files are delivered via direct WhatsApp document transfer to your production manager, encrypted cloud download link (Google Drive / WeTransfer), or direct email attachment.

3. Troubleshooting Digital Non-Delivery

If you have completed payment on Razorpay but have not received your file download link within 15 minutes:

• Check your email's Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
• Confirm that the email address entered during checkout was spelled accurately.
• WhatsApp our digital fulfillment desk at +91 99791 25496 with your Razorpay payment ID. Our staff will resend your files directly on WhatsApp within 30 minutes.

4. On-Campus Training Materials & Diploma Delivery

For classroom students attending Katargam, Punagam, Sachin, or Bardoli campuses:

• Classroom Training Materials: Module exercise sheets and software project templates are provided directly on your assigned classroom workstation upon batch commencement.
• Diploma Certificates: Physical graduation diplomas are signed by department heads and awarded directly in-person at your campus front-desk upon completing your 25-design portfolio. No postal delivery is required.
